Refund Policy
- BALLERZ takes at least 14 days to process refunds for bookings cancelled online. The user’s bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to the user’s respective credit card or bank account.
- The refunded amount will be credited back into the user’s account, to the same source through which the payment was made.
- Refunds will be processed as per the cancellation and refunds policies at the sports venue at which the booking has been made. No refunds will be accepted beyond the cancellations period set in these policies.
- Payment gateway fees will be deducted from the refunded amount when processing it.
